Dion is only entitled to another half-pick (another scroll or one potion), not to a full pick in addition to the scroll he already selected.

Let's see, in quick order (I've been running 8 miles per minute for the last several days!): Adam, no, you're not going senile. There was a suit of elven chainmail sized for a human and worn by one of the orcish commanders (until either Bob or Daj slaughtered him). Jeff is correct; the mirrored shield is small. I definitely DO think that Dion/Gordon should be entitled to an additional half pick. Keep in mind that potions and scrolls are not enduring items and scrolls ESPECIALLY are used for the benefit of the party. And since the wimpiest potion is worth 800gp and the wimpiest scroll is worth 500gp, I would think that up to 1000gp in loot would be reasonable. I will, however, bow to the majority (as always). The DM screwed up with the potions, so I will give you a hint as I clarify what I SHOULD have said...the gray potions also reduce faint, post-battle muscle aches. Mikhail will take the +1 silver knife. He's willing to trade for it if someone else really wants it; if all else fails, it'll be a gift for his mother. Jasmine has dealt with far too many lycanthropes in her adventuring career and she's saved druid-boy's (and Moonlight's) bacon more than once. The knife will make a good birthday present.  |
