I still think someone who deliberately caused enough strife to start the Trojan war for her own entertainment is more CE. Massive destruction for your own entertainment anyone? She is not trying to build something from chaos, but to destroy, which says CE to me.
Perhaps she is along the lines of Hades though, that CN, N, CE could all serve. Andy says she might also make a good witch god, given that she is poorly defined...
