Later on 618 / 1 / 28, another group (Alec, Marc, Mikhail, Cliffy, Esmerelda, Jacob, and Björk) made a final attempt at finishing off the fish-men. Esmerelda assumed the form of a sahuaghin to help get the party inside. The heroes battled many kuo-toa, including several obvious leaders -- one using Helga's black runeblade! That foe in particular proved quite formidable...until he fumbled, dropped the blade, and Marc slaughtered him!
By the end of the battle and time healing on the surface the heroes were at: Alec: 24 (full) Marc: 6 of 72 Mikhail: 30 of 39 Cliffy: 37 of 41 Esmereleda: 27 (full) Jacob: 14 (full) Björk: 10 (full)
The heroes have recovered Helga's +2 shield, her +1 battle axe (of surprise), and her white marble alicorn stone. The group left the black runesword where it lay...

This was treasure we found after you guys left. Apparently, it was the Prophet's hidden stash, spread over 7 Chests
800 copper (Ingots) 48,912 gold 2440 platinum 200 platinum (Ingots) Coral Coffer -- 1k gold Green Silk Cloth w/ Pearls -- 36k gold or 60k gold to the right buyer (according to our all-powerful DM, this would take a little searching to find) Silver Medallion -- 15k gold Silver-Lined Chest -- 3k gold (This chest held a really powerful spectre that we killed) 188 1 gp Pearls
There were also three chests that we need Cliffy to look at. Two had mechanical traps, and one had a sliding panel in the back we couldn't open.

Kewl - lots and lots and lots of cash!
Note that the dagger was from a previous run, not this one.

So, the way I was talking to Uncle David, along with Gordon and Rachel, of distributing the treasure would be based on the number of runs you did into the cavern. If you did 4 runs, you get 4 shares, 3 runs gets 3 shares, etc. This would also be the way for division of magic items. Everyone would dice, and then those who did 4 runs would get the first pick, then those who did 3 runs, then those who did 2, etc.
Does this sound fair to everyone?
