Howdy folks,
Okay, something struck me on the way to work this morning; I've been allowing moment to affect all sorts of dice rolls which are OUTSIDE of the character's control. Teleport and dimension fold for instance, are not things that the character casting the spell has any control over. While probability control should work here, moment should NOT. Basically, if the player doesn't roll it, then moment shouldn't work.

Okay...but Moment does have an extended (rounds) effect - so that means that a character can 'Moment' their own action(s), and do so over a multi-round period, but they can't zap someone else? I'd thought Momenting someone else was part of the spell description, but I don't have a TOM handy and I'm sure you read it before posting this, so I'll most certainly take your word for it, Mr. DM. IAC, it sounds like stacking one's own probabilty control and moment is verboten at this point, which does make sense, since Moment does take some concentration (no other spell casting while it's active).
