Howdy folks,
So currently, we have both the psi and the jedi as character classes in the game. The differences are:
Psi get d6 hps and Jedi get d8 hps Psi get d10 psps and Jedi get d8 psps Psi melee like thieves and Jedi melee like clerics Psi psi-attack like fighers and Jedi psi-attack like clerics Psi get multiple psi attacks as a fighter Jedi get multiple psi OR melee attacks as a ranger Psi have limited weapons and Jedi unlimited Psi have limited (leather) armor and Jedi unlimited Psi begin with an attack mode and Jedi wait til 3rd (when Psi get 2nd) Psi begin with a discipline and Jedi wait til 2nd (when Psi get 2nd) Psi get minor discipline EVERY level and Jedi only get minor disciplines on those levels they do NOT get a major disc Psi get majors at 3rd, 6th, 8th, 10th, and every even level Jedi get majors at 5th, 10th, 14th, and every four levels
My question: is this all fair and balanced? Or, are Jedi getting screwed for major disciplines? I ask because I'm thinking of appending this to:
Jedi get majors at 4th, 8th, 11th, 14th, and every three levels.
I want Jedi to be more appealing that being just a psi/fighter duo-class. But, I want Psi to still be a fully viable class. Since Jedi don't even earn a full complement of psi attacks until 11th, I *THINK* it's all good, but would like to hear YOUR thoughts...!
Thanks, David aka Andar, Harbinder, and Tandris (Psi) and Rajinder, and Gilean (Jedi) plus Adama and Mikhail (both Psi, but also duo-classed [fighter and druid, respectively])

Well, the Jedi's unlimited use of armor and weapons along with better fighting skills is a big advantage, so less majors makes a bit of sense. The leather armor limit balances the bigger battery of psi skills for the Psionicist. That's my two cents anyway.
