Uh, Jeff, you might need to work on your math...and keep in mind, it's a VERY small sample-size. Yes, Kara and Raitan have each killed a god (Rai actually got two and he's also been smooched by a major goddess...and did you know he's saved the world at least three times...and, and, and...  . But, really, Jessica, Tetsuko, Tyris=Flare, and Semi have each bagged one deity while Kate has nailed two (true, one was on Eon, so that was a little different, but still). As I count, that's two Drakes out of seven God Slayers -OR- three dead gods for the Drakes out of nine dead gods. Thus, you could maybe argue 1/3, but again, sample-size is everything. I actually find it interesting that Moorak's never killed any. That Rai and Semi are the only males to have killed deities is at least as interesting -- as I've maintained for YEARS, on my world, it's the women who are the premier warriors and slayers...! |

Wait a sec. I thought Jessica started out as a Drake and married Kalavor. That's where the math would be wrong, I think... Oh, wait, nevermind. I counted Raitan twice. Silly me...  Anyways, I agree that the women on your world are the fighter-types. The main ones I hear alot about are Kate, Tyris=Flare, and Tetsuko. And yes, as you say, sample size is (almost always) everything. |

Jessica Grey married Kalavor Talgris and had Samandra, Rhion, Willish, Urthur, Holly, Benjamin, and Siobhne Talgris. Samandra then married Kyron Drake, bastard son of Urish (peasant-with-no-last-name) and Caeleia Drake (Moorak Drake's twin sister). Sam and Kyron just had their own son, Taliesin Drake. Now, that kid is special, since his grandmother has the essence of Talon/Survival, his grandfather is a living saint, his mother is time-shadowed, and he has three actual guardian angels/spirits thanks to his father's efforts on Charn. Oh, and he's the heir to his grandmother's fief, Angel's Rock.

Too bad I can't play him for at least ten of our years, in order for him to grow up. Ironically, had Kari still been playing, Taliesin would have been her PC (mother-PC always get dibs), but since she's not...
I had the same deal with Lily (Rose's twin sister, Sage and Shang's daughter), cuz of Paul. Heck, come to think of it, Siobhne falls into the same situation too...

I take offence at the alleged 'wussing' fighting Talon. You try to hold a hallway of onrushing veloceraptors all by yourself armed with just a bow and arrows. Solinane killed a tremendous number of them himself. And it wasn't like Nerlathotep was particularly tough - I suppose Kephalonia could have taken him on by herself. Everything worked out just fine. Besides, never assume someone believes the ends don't justify the means.  |

I believe that the list may be a bit bigger. It has been awhile but I remember a titan going down in the game in Tartarus. Glorianna and Kari's Priestess of Athena destroyed the well and all the useless males held off the Titans. I do think one of the Titans fell but cant remember by who or which one. Maybe you have notes or somebody remembers. Anyway if demon lords count so should Titans.
