Sorry, Elf, but bringing Nyrlathotep to the heroes wins for me, followed closely by Dagna-the-dwarf freaking out in Willish-in-crocodile-shape's mouth while they're crossing mid-river

All I can say is

1. Kephalonia didn't have a single spell or trick that was going to work on a god
2. The heros were well-protected, and Nyrlathotep was quickly defeated.

It was a practical solution, if not a Good one. Jellie's blabbing in front of Mandar was more of a mess-up, but it was sure funny.

Anyway, I think the most messed-up situation was letting the Lord of Unending Night loose in Amberwood. That caused a lot more trouble than anything else I can think of. At least we have a map of the Temple of Athena now.
