Jeff: Brand and Allyrion are not available to help with the TEE. They do have other things to attend to. Ray: nightmaring Mordrammo is a possibility, although I don't know if you can do it to someone you've only heard of (must check that -- the Asian version is slightly different than the Flan one) Rachel: Omega has tangled with you guys at least five times now. Lassivar has only shown up four times or so...I think...

So who did Madromo blow to get good enough information about Mikhail that he can scry him even on other planes?? Kephalonia would have trouble pulling that stunt unless she'd done a sympthetic magic on the poor shlub.

'Cause he's controlled by the DM? I think it was meant as a scare tactic for the party: Mordrammo is tough enough to scry you on other planes. Be afraid. Be VERY afraid.

Sky shares a reptile-style emotional moment with the party on a quiet night. "Sky...wants to thank...everyone....for not giving up on her after she changed. You did not leave Sky alone. You carried Sky and kept her warm. Sky will not forget - she will protect you now."
[So....what's the attack plan? We probably should have one, haha.]

"Of course, Sky, you're our friend," says Mikhail.
Jeff: as DM, it's important to ALWAYS FAIRLY reflect reality. My characters are NOT treated any differently than anyone's else -- on the contrary, I think anyone who's played for a while would say I'm harder on them. I love dramatic effect, but it's totally tacky and heavy-handed to run a game in the way you describe. Yuck! My name isn't Tony!
Elf: keep in mind that Mordrammo had Mikhail, Adama, Samandra, and the entire Slavers' party as prisoners for a couple weeks... Mikhail says that Borlon used to scry his mother on Torsh.
Aaron: buddy, sorry, but you DO need to work on your spelling!

Ah yeah - he could have blood and urine samples for all of that. Good point. Good thing Kephalonia and most of her family stay under non-detection most of the time. Geez - Guanador's got to be the patron of peeping toms all things considered. And Aaron - you can be sure there is a good explanation...just like above. Honestly, with some of the same spells available to her Kephalonia could easily pull similar stunts. And you can bet that every skeleton's dagger would be liberally coated in a lethal neurotoxin. The only reason that Mik is still alive is that Madromo is a puss and won't get involved personally.

"Did you say something sky?" Semi says as he turns his eyes skyward. (He rolled a natural 100 on his reaction to her if you didn't see sunday and got caught looking at the wrong places)
A plan is a good idea, since some us of will be getting quested very soon.

Yes, but the assassins seem to have WAY too many tricks up their sleeves. Almost as if the guy with the ring was meant to combat our party (a druid, an ex-druid, and a beastmaster, c'mon!)...

Any assassin worth his salt is going to know as much about his prey as possible and prepare to deal with any challenges. So it's not surprising that he hired on someone who could take control of our animals. It's not exactly a secret to Mordrammo that we usually have a menagerie with us and regularly use them in combat.

Anyone who recalls the FIRST game in this series will recall that Mordrammo's description of Mikhail was "some young druid with animals" AND his recommendation for taking the kid out was to "turn his animals against him". You will recall one of his minions wasted a round doing a dispel magic on Sammy...
You need to assume that your enemies are clever too!
