she was supposed to meet up with her cousin in greyhawk to expand her knowledge and experience in the family business while her betrothed (an 18 year old human) went off adventuring to 'become a man'. disgusted, and already disappointed by the match, ziyi changed her travel plans and answered a call for heroes.
she was recently gutted at the temple of elemental evil. hopefully, she was healed up properly, but given the choice of healing/removing the -1 charisma scar across her abdomen, she chose to keep it. if her family, or that of her husband to be, catches up with her, she intends to let them know she is probably not capable of producing heirs. with luck, this may cause them to cancel the engagement.
BTW, have we met IRL?
