Anastasia -- Rhom's wife, as played by Jenn in the battle of Chendl
Lord of Eternal Night -- high-priest and lich of Wee Jas, cursed to forever be bound within his tower for overstepping his bounds, guardian of the Faces, body-hopping menace
Moloch -- arch-devil bound under Castle Greyhawk who escaped as the various imprisonment spells failed at the onset of the Apocalypse, he took out many souls with him, including Domar

As a non-singular monster the frikin Slaadi were really a pita...Ygoril was tough...we forgot Chaos, whose essence now belongs to Tyr, the Goddess of Abydos...he peed on Tetsuko for something like 48 hp...and she made her save.

Slaadi get my vote.
