The heroes figured out what kind of ship they were going to buy, commisioned the construction of their new sohar, purchased a number of potions and scrolls at the suq over the span of four months, and did other minor activities. Orn bought a +1 battle axe and Isaac sold Amakin's own ancient bronze platemail back to the Caliph.
At one point, Su, Arthur, Jamal, Asha, and Py!ota were walking near the bazaar when they spied an elven wizardess and a dwarven warrior being threatened by thugs. Jamal moved to resolve the problem, but was threatened. Meanwhile, Asha lobbed a stinking cloud into the thugs midst while Arthur took out another third of the thugs with a web. The heroes had a short-but-decisive battle, killing a handful of the muggers. Arthur managed to save one and with Asha's cures save a second. The watch arrived and took the survivors into custody, as well as the dwarf, Mang. Asha and Su, however, managed to pocket a few magical items and bits of jewelry.
The next game will be 616 / 11 / 20 -- the launching of the new ship, our yet-unnamed sohar.
