I passed this around last night and got some feed back for it, so I added a bit.
Articles of Adventure
Ship to be Named
1. Each member of the company shall be entitled to one share. Officers shall be entitled to an additional share. The list of officers; Captain, 1st mate, Helmsman, Navigator, Bosun, Quartermaster, Armour, Carpenter, Cook, Medic, Shi[s' Boy and Ship’s Mage.
..a. Individuals holding multiple offices shall be entitled to a share for each office.
2.All debt, repairs, re-supplies, improvements and the like shall come out of the ships treasury before any division are made.
..a.At any time of division an amount of not less than one share shall be left in the company treasury.
3. Every member of a land expedition shall receive one share of any treasure from that adventure, with an additional share added to the pool for the ship treasury.
4. Each member of the company has a vote by shares in the affairs of the moment. Though such votes can only be taken during times of relative safety.
5. This is an honorable company and as such any action not in line with this shall be subject to punishment as the captain and crew see fit.
6. Each member of the company has the right of departure
7. These articles are subject to amendment or alteration by a 2/3 vote of the shareholders.
