On the first of June, the heroes came within sight of the ancient ruins of Al-Anwahr, but decided to avoid the site, given Sabuto's condition. A little later that day, a jann confronted the group about their business in his tribe's lands. The group agreed to share their story and became guests of the janni tribe, who escorted them well beyond the lands around the ruins.
The rest of the party's journey was largely uneventful. Shortly after the janni left on the 3rd, the party encountered an old, traveling mystic named Nerim. He was curious about their travels. On the 5th, a snake bit one of the two remaining camels and althought Oohooh and Flint magic missiled the animal to a paste, no one could save the camel. The heroes butchered and ate it, arriving later in the Genies' Garden. The party waited out the end of the Apocalypse near Lucien's grove.
On the 17th, Harbinder wormholed home and Orn spoke with the spirit of Isaac. Because of the nature of the Apocalypse and because his body had been buried at the foot and among the roots of the Tree of Life, he could be raised. So, when Harbinder returned, after a brief debate, the heroes elected to return to the Mosque of the Honored Elders (of Kor) in Muluk. There, Sabuto was cured and Isaac raised.
Unfortunately, since Isaac's body had been dead so long, he would need 50 days rest before undertaking the quest for his new life. Joining him on this quest were all the other party members, save Harbinder (who had already voiced her desire to leave) and Oohooh (who can't speak). Meanwhile, Orn discovered and Isaac verified, that Inar's soul was no longer available, so, with remose, Harbinder abandoned her hope to bring the young warrior back from the dead.
The party divided the last of the treasure they gained from their adventures. Flint used his Wish[/i] to regain his former, half-elven body. Sabuto used his own Wish[/i] to be able to learn any special maneuver. Harbinder took the third Wish and returned home.
So now the party is provisioning a ship, contracting a crew, and generally getting ready for their quest on the high seas -- the Apocalypse is over and life is returning to normal!
