Cloe and Sabuto invited Amaryllis back to the Destiny, at which point she called for her "friends". Soon, a huge white dire wolf named Fido emerged from the jungles. Soon afterward, a raven-haired Grecian beauty clad in white leather armor, Ariadne followed. It was soon discovered that Ariadne was a priestess of Hades, although not evil. Together the group returned to the ship, where the two sexy women caused quite a stir among the crew.
Meanwhile, the lower level group (Jamal, Orn, Arthur, Su, William, and Djack) began searching the second shipwreck. Jamal and Su were ambushed by four lacedons. At first, they held their own, but Jamal was seriously wounded and paralyzed. The rest of the group arrived just as Su found himself surrounded. Orn turned the undead, but Djack fired his crossbow at them, nullifying the turn. Arthur launched a volley of magic missiles and after two such turn-and-return exchanges (the second caused by Arthur's second volley of magic missiles) the heroes finished the sea-ghouls off.
Amid the wreckage, the heroes found some amphores and treasure chests, all of which they brought back to the Destiny.
Back aboard, the heroes found a place for the two new-commers to sleep and searched through the loot. Using a skiff, they returned to the island were they opened the amphoras (filled with unholy water) as well as the chests, finding some minor magical treasures.
In the evening, Su came to Cloe and Orn with news about the two beauties; they were planning on charming members of the crew in order to be "safe" in case Cloe and the others turned on them. After being confronted, the women admitted to the plan (Ariadne explained it was Amaryllis' [bad] idea) and agreed not to do so, "as long as no one on the crew threatened them."
Eeps for the treasure seekers for the lacedons were 132xps
p.s. -- since we end so early on Thursdays and are having trouble getting enough done, might I suggest we START no later than 7:10, regardless of who is there?
