The low level group (Arthur, Su, Jamal, Asha, Py!ota, and William) set about searching the lairs fo teh Medegian men and skeletons. In the process, they discovered two more warriors hiding and another spirit creature, this time a bear. Arthur's web took out the men while Jamal and Asha made short work of the bear (although it did drain Jamal temporarily). The group learned that the two chests in the main room were magically cursed and that the humans came here from another island, seeking to recapture their lost homeland and find a secret shrine to their god, Thanatos. Su's mind reading also revealed a nearby room full of undead, so after Jamal messed with one chest and found he and Py!ota swapped bodies, the group decided to return to the Destiny for a remove curse and to share info.
Cloe, upon discovering this information, immediately assembled the higher level group (Cloe, Flint, Isaac, Su, Sabuto, and Orn) to destroy the undead. En route back to the ruins, the group were ambushed by and totally slaughtered six gnolls. Sabuto did take one alive which Su mentally probed, finding out quite a bit about the gnoll's home and the location of the teleportals.
The powerful group entered the dungeon, slaughtered couple of bats, and proceeded to lay waste to a vast chamber full of skeletons and zombies, as well as a lone wraith. In about three minutes, nearly 400 undead were destroyed. Now comes the task of searching the huge chamber and the other chamber beyond, cut off by a vast chasm...
