Howdy folks, I'm crazy and so is llife...or something like that...  So here's the deal -- because of my trip to Denmark this summer, my schedule for gaming is going to have to be rather, uh, creative. I'm more than willing to work with folks so as to disrupt things as little as possible. Unfortunately, these conflicts are pretty final (one of those large-group scheduling things)...: Friday, April 27th through Sunday, April 29th -- away in Ohio being trained Sunday, May 6th -- meeting with my kids at my place from noon until 5:00pm -- can we either game afterward or on Saturday? Saturday, May12th and Sunday, May 13th -- meeting with my kids and all the other delegations from 3:00pm Sat til noon on Sun in Layafette (one hour travel time) -- can we just start late this day? Sunday, May 22nd -- I'm totally up to game, but it will be the day after my BDay party. Who else is game? Sunday, June 3rd -- farewell picnic for my delegation -- I'll probably need to either start late or game another day (CISV likes to plan stuff on Sunday) Saturday, June 9th and Sunday, June 10th -- final sleep over in Belmont. I'll be free by noon. Thursday, June 28th through Friday, July 27th (and probably that weekend too) -- gone in Denmark and/or recovering from my trip up at the Lake Sunday, August 5th -- life (and gaming) return to normal So, honestly, not too bad an impact to the schedule since there are only two days before I leave that I just CAN'T game -- all the others are just "start a little late". Howdy Angela, Well, after TWELVE (yup, 12) calls to or (mostly) from my female parent today, I've NO interest in seeing her before the next extinction event. And to think I thought she might actually be civil...! Well, I'm certainly up to do something on Sunday. If folks aren't free, I'll just go for a hike (mother nature is certainly better than my biological one). Another thought would be Shadow Knights. Folks are more than welcome to crash ON THE FLOOR after my birthday. All the beds will be occupied (my buddies from Germany will be visiting again) -- in fact, I'm looking for another futon or bed, even a loaner. Similarly, I'm on the prowl for furniture again. I'm up for Chuck's party if I can bring a friend...! Kari and Ray and/or James will be watching the house while I'm gone. I'm sure they'd love company, although you might have to help deal with alge... David |

In David's message, he said he would not be avaible this weekend from Saturday night until Sunday around noon...so Saturday night is a bust... Since Sunday is mother's day and things may not wrap up with that in a timely fashion...and starting the game after 5:30pm doesn't really work for Ray and I, I think we may have to scrap this weekend for gaming... With my mom coming for a visit in about 2 1/2 weeks, this will allow for much needed time to get the spare room prepared...and handicapable accessible...hmmm...this could be an excuse to hire a big, buff male nurse  Our schedule: May 12th - 13th...mother's day weekend...Ray has to work EARLY Saturday morning (5:00am-12:00 or something like that), then we'll probably spend Saturday afternoon w/ Ray's mom....leaving Saturday evening & Sunday open (but starting games after 5 is a problem because Ray needs to end by 8:00pm on Sunday (so he can get to bed early and recoup a little from having to work Sat. Morning) Sunday, May 22...this is a Tuesday...I think you meant May 20th...have you already started drinking?? And yeah, we'll probably be up for something... Tuesday, May 29: Picking up my mom at the airport at 8:00pm... Wednesday, May 30: I have a Department event and won't be available... Ray should be available to game (my mom should, by this time, be with my sister). Thursday, May 31: I will be in Patterson at my niece's graduation, but Ray should be available... Friday, June 1: I will probably still be at my sister's house in Patterson. June 2 - 3: Weekend is a bit unclear, since my mom will be in town, I will have to play it by ear. We may be able to make the CD release party... I could always bring my mom & my underage nieces...lol (just kidding) June 5: mom leaves at noon... June 9 / 10 -- all clear June 16 / 17 -- should be clear (my neice Amanda's b-day is June 14...so we may be visiting Patterson that Saturday.) June 28 - July 27: selling shares in David's pool for the heat of the summer potentially spending my b-day (29th) in David's pool... (j/k) Sunday, August 5th: Andy's birthday |

All I know is that May 25th, we get Pirates. I plan to get me matey out of school early, don an eyepatch, chug a pint of rum, grab my wench and toss her over my back and charge down to the theatre to get my fix of what better be a great movie, or there's going to be some pillaging to come of it.

if a late start on saturdays in place of david's occupied sundays doesn't work for everyone, let's just call it. i say we should plan saturday night wine tasting and swimming. maybe be i can pop in on the mid-week game.  mmm, pirates - yar! i might miss it, "for, alas, i will be in middle america drinkin' meself daft. perhaps we can smuggle some luscious rum into t' theater!" (we're vacationing for a week in ohio, i know, i know; i'm a lucky girl) |
