Just making sure what the plan is and who is going to be there? What time are we starting?

I would prefer that we start later (like 2:00 or later...4:00pm would be better) rather than earlier, since my sister will be here in the AM hours and I would like to spend some time with her...

If that's not possible let me know so I can make plans accordingly...

How about we start at 2:00pm? That should give you a chance to see your sister, everyone to eat lunch, and still give a decent amount of time to try and finish in one session. The following weekend, the 18th and 19th, Paul and I will be going to my family's annual St Patrick's Day skiing party.
