On June 7th, Kara transformed herself into a giant eagle and brought Doby and Jellie to Kara-Tur. The goal was the monastery with the potion of time travel and after a bit of trouble, the group found the place on the 16th of June. With a bit of convincing, Jellie managed to convince the sohei that the party was on the level and the monks searched the grounds for the mis-labeled potion. Doby then returned the ring of invisibility he was wearing and slipped 110 years into the past.
Meanwhile, the rest of the heroes divided up the remaining treasure they'd accumulated and waited out Armegeddon in Thistledown, their home town. On the morning of the 17th, the group awoke and instinctively knew a new chapter had begun in their lives...

Uh...Kee'O did the talking, right? The thing I find amusing about all of this is that I'm assuming Kara and Kee'O are able to get lodging for the night. When they wake up in the morning, Kara's really human again, right? That means a much longer fly back to Amberwood, given that she can't fly tirelessly anymore. IAC, Kee'O would make an amusing traveling companion for the way back, once Kara assured him she was happily married and wasn't in the mood for a quickie on the side.

Howdy Elf,
Okay, my brain is still asleep. Yes, it was Kee'O, not Jellie who went to Kara-Tur. Under normal conditions, Kara could have just teleported home, but she didn't memorize the spell cuz it wasn't working. To be honest, it is probably not a reasonable distance for Kara to fly, since she probably has a maximum flying time of eight hours -- and 400 miles will NOT cover the ocean's width...! Kara would head back to Zakhara, since there're places to land en route and hope someone thinks to use the mirror...(they will, but not before we reach her home in Muluk).
As for hitting on her, Kara becomes indignant, threatens to drop you from 10,000' and gets huffy and moody.

Sounds good. While he is a letch, and Kara isn't unattactive, he does seem concerned. Along with his charming wit and wonderful chrisma bonus, he mentions he'd be happy to send a message to anyone in the West, should they have some way of retrieving the two of them. Furthermore, he offers, free of charge to send a message to anyone else with an appropriate title.
Kee'O, while enjoying the east (hasn't been there in 35 yrs - probably insists on stopping by noodle houses and stuff) would also get edgy around population centers. 'This is still far from where I grew up, but Ninja have very long memories...' he says.

Oh, and one more thing.
Since it becomes obvious that the old Heros returned, and that our mission was successful (Flora can easily communicate this to Trillion, I expect), Jellie actually wants to go meet our other selves.
Anyone else interested?

Thera would be interested in a chance to meet the crew that started this whole thing, though checking in at the nearest Temple of Hades is a priority. They might be interested in knowing she survived. And she would like to see if there is any sign of her god being back on line. jenn
