Hiya Aaron,
Constructs like that are 3rd Edition creatures. That said, who's been messing with time and space to warrant a "visit". The only two occasions in my world that folks have traveled through time were both "authorized" by the gods -- Istus allowed Chamois to visit the past and Ptah allowed Mikhail-the-Annulus-possessed to visit the future.

And Dobby had to wait it out the hard way.

but we've killed a BUNCH of gods, (ok, so some didn't screw with the univers, but Loth did) and they don't care if the gods alow it, they weren't created by the gods, they just keep the univers from exploding.

the other 2 are for ones who break othes and who dini justice. BTW, they only do major offences (killing a primodial god is OKish, but killing the greak panton is DEFENATLY not)

It sounds to me like these constructs are a DM's tool for reigning in Monty PCs. I don't believe in such mechanics. In my world, you'd get to kill ONE Olympian before all the rest smashed your ass and your whole bloodline.
In my world, I believe this is the complete list of deities that've been killed over the last 25 years...
Lolth (DemonQueen of Spiders and Drow) -- Kara Drake, in the Underdark, with a vial of holy water (nice x3 crit!) Kargon (Demon Lord of Corruption) -- Raitan Drake, in the city of Erehui-Cinlu, with his magic daggers Talon (Survival) -- Jessica Talgris, west of Amberwood, with her magic sword Baphomet (Demon Lord of Minotaur) -- Kate Ashbrooke, at the former capitol of Greendale on Eon, with her magic axe Sauron (Hunger) -- Kate Ashbrooke, in the Amedio Jungle, with her holy axe Nyrlathotep (Herald of Chaos and the Apocalypse) -- Raitan Drake, in the main hall of Dragondale, with his magic daggers Chaos (Violence) -- Tyris=Flare, on the island of Abydos, with her magic axe Yorgl (Slaadi Lord of Entropy) -- Tetsuko no Kuwahara, in the pocket-plane of Abydos, with her non-magical katanas
...Mr Rogers, in the kitchen, with a silver candalabra...oh, sorry.
You'll note that of these eight, only the three Primal Gods are REALLY dead; the others only had their material bodies destroyed on the worlds in question. So Lolth is free to manifest on Terrax and Baphomet on Oerth.
Oh, yes, and I will point out that it's only been in recent years that the players have had enough powerful PCs to even allow these kinds of games. Personally, I've been thinking of throwing a few more demon lords and arch-devils into the mix, since y'all can finally survive 'em. I mean, killing Lolth was a total fluke -- I gave her the extra hit points, but since she takes x3 from holy water already and Kara got an x3 crit AND rolled like 5 or 6, well, that was amazing. The other deities were more "expected" (I was actually surprised how quickly the heroes took apart Nyrlathotep, although I was a little worried that Ygorl was going to wipe out the party...).

Oh, yeah, and before I forget, Vertigo (Insanity) has gone toe-to-toe with several of Oerths mightiest heroes and not only lived to tell the tale, but nearly killed two in the process...

Oh, yeah, and before I forget, Vertigo (Insanity) has gone toe-to-toe with several of Oerths mightiest heroes and not only lived to tell the tale, but nearly killed two in the process... Several? I think if the quad-chick killer 4 that killed Chaos had shown up on the moon, Vertigo would have had to play things very differently if she wanted to survive even a single round. As it was, she was nearly defeated by just Tetsuko. While Tk would have appreciated the 1 on 1 combat bonus she was not a match for the god.

Well, perhaps, and perhaps not. You may recall that Vertigo started "playing" with her foes (the party) once she appeared to have the upper hand. She certainly wasn't sore-pressed by any stretch of the imagination.
Now, that said, I will absolutely give you that the combined fighting might of Tetsuko, Jessica, Kate, and Tyris=Flare is NOTHING to be triffled with. Heck, the only other PCs who are even in their league are Caeleia (the tank), Zandra (missed me!), and Rhom (the damage machine). Arguable, to round out the top ten, you could add Daisy (mini-tank), Wing Cho Tan (martial master), and Genji (less mobile, but probably a match for Wing).
I think it's quite cool that 7 of the 10 toughest warriors on Oerth are chicks...! And the three vying for über-fighter all ALL women...!

Most of the toughest characters in your world are women I think. AT least most of the high level ones are women I think. I know my toughest / highest level are glorianna, tarnna and Katiya at a respectable 11, 10 and 9. My highest male characters are Clive at 7, Kyle at 6 and Tollivar at 5.
BTW I need to play Glorianna so I can challange for a seat. Tarnna needs to claim a hex and do the whole followers thing. I think it would be cool to have pc's roll them up and play them. Makes them more than background noise. Also Katiya just needs to be seen.
