The heroes (Pacha, Viktor with Billi, Kahana, Lohaheel, P'Tol, and Garlok with Boomika) hike away from Klarr to the village of Hommlet. There, the party meets with both Jaroo the druid and Calmert the priest, exchanging gold and information for healing. In the morning, the group returns to the limestone caves, seeking more bugbear as well as trophies to prove what they have already slain. In the minotaur caves, the group battles more than a dozen stirge and then continue to where they had met the undead. The heroes encounter and soundly defeat four priests in reddish robes. They then enter a crypt where they battle six wights and then six shadows. Nearly everyone is drained and Kahana is missing a portion of her soul. The group returns to Klarr to heal and resupply.
