The heroes (Taarna, Rhom, Wynd with Thundr, Saanau, Esmerelda with Drusilla, and Tolus) continue their exploration of the Bloodstone mines and enter the dwarven passages. The group explores for a good fifteen minutes, encountering nothing other than a a few glyphs which Saanau dispels. Finally, the heroes run into and slaughter a band of five type III demons as well as seven stone giants. The group falls back to a storage room which Saanau and Esmerelda start to memorize when 15 orcs with poisoned bows attack. The heroes take them down and capture one. Saanau then teleports the group to Klarr where the heroes are healed by Todar, Stephanos, Mikhail, and even Jasmine. The White Witch also kiss of slaverys the orc and then transfers the charm to Taarna. Saanau teleports herself, Esmerelda, and Mikhail to Fangoria for a nap spell, though Hannok wanders off with Mikhail for nearly five hours. The group then returns to Klarr with Moonlight before Esmerelda dimensional folds them back to the Bloodstone mines.
Back in the mines, the orc leads the heroes much deeper into the caverns until the party battles and quickly slaughter five more type III demons and four stone giants. At the onset of the battle, Rhom and Esmerelda was talking. The only thing that saved the witch was that the first boulder knocked her unconscious, though the heroes thought she had been flattened. Moonlight cast animal growth on Thundr who then slaughtered his way through monsters.
