First you find the pic you want to upload ( or make a url for)
Upload the image: You need a host like Photobucket (www.photobucket.com) Free Hosting for your pic. To add images into photobucket, just hit browse and go to the dirrectory that your pic is stored in on your pc. Select it and then upload it. Photobucket gives several codes, you just copy the url for the pic. (you can right click on the image when it is full size and go to properties and you can copy the URL from there as well)
Next you click the box above the row of smiley's that looks like a little photo... it will add img tags with URL inside of them. Higlight URL , then paste your pictures' url over it with no spaces between the tags.
Your pic will show up when you hit post.

You can email me the image you want to post and I can add it...this would be a short term solution until people have their own photo hosting site
