Borlon's 50 levels of Egyptian heroes will include:
Borlon the Mighty, Herald of Ra on Oerth, Prophet of Ra on Torsh, Bearer of the Rod of Ra -- 10th lvl cleric of Ra Nefra -- 7th lvl paladin of Ra Ishmopah -- 7th (?) lvl cleric/werelord of Sekhmet Adama -- 7th lvl fighter
So he's got 19 levels of NPCs to look for still! That means Craig gets a 7th lvl fighter and we've still got room for TWO more...! Egyptian mages were known for their cool spells and a cleric of Hathor would be neat, as would a cleric of Isis or Thoth or Ptah.

Waw! Seventh level!!!!! Neat! I've built a fighter who can go duel-class as a mage. Gonna need help with him. He's called Khefri-Seniset, and he works pretty well from a chariot with longbow, mace and spear. Building him up to F7 will be a TREAT!

Howdy Craig -- if you'd like Khefri-Seniset (cool name!) to be a fighter/mage, then...
a) that's REALLY cool! b) you get access to the Egyptian-only spell list (we'll talk tonight) c) you can only be 6th / 6th in each class (highest level class +1 per additional class is the formula) d) you may not be specialized in anything (general restriction on folks with two classes) e) you WILL have access to a few magical items too

Hey, witchy-poo, I'll "harmonize" you with my magic longsword, triple-proficiency in it, and general fierceness!
Oh, and after speaking with Paul again, Serendipity DOESN'T really qualify as an Egyptian, after all the work her sister (Shellique) did to "keep" her Greek...

Witchy-poo? Are you referring to the individual that traveled in your own very body for months, and as a result brought some of that sword skill back to my own? Kephalonia actually appreciates Adama's ferocity, as Omega's guys would have probably killed Amanda without it.

Khefriseniset, please. one word. And... I owe the jar six quarters, since he went to Mage 6 in that initial game. Or, maybe. Did what he do count as Mage experience points, or as Fighter, since he DID throw a spear and stab as that statue-thing with a dagger, or as some combination of both..?

Well before dawn in Grabford on the 27th of June, 616, the Egyptian Panthiad team moved into action. The group had been in Heliopolis -- the religious capitol of Neregan -- only moments before. Borlon psionically teleported himself, Ishmopah, Adama, Nefra, Sahara, Maatkaure, and Khefriseniset to Furyondy. He had paid 6400gp earlier to Moorak for a pair of control weather spells cast at 4:00 and 6:00 am. The goal, ensure a bright, sunny, clear summer day. The vampire mage would either have to counter Moorak's spells with his own, or Borlon's goal would be achieved. Well, upon arriving, Borlon cast a weather summoning off a scroll and forced the day to be a sultry June day...
And with the clear rays of dawn lighting up the battlefield, the heroes attacked!
Under cloak of invisibility, the heroes flew in and slaughtered a camped group of giants and trolls. Ishmopah lead off with a devastating fireball which slaughtered many of the creatures outright. Then Adama and Nefra dropped into the carnage and started slaughtering the survivors. Within moments, the heroes held the field, with the powerful giants dead. Although facing many orcs and goblins, rather than waste their energy fighting minions, the Egyptian team flew away, healed up, turned invisible, and chose another encampment.
The second encampment proved a bit more difficult. The heroes again slaugthered giants and trolls, but had more difficulty. At one point Sahara's armor was rent open and she nearly fell -- only the aid of her twin sister, Maatkaure, and Adama, managed to save her. Dozens of orcs and goblins also died before the heroes accomplished their goal (kill giants and trolls) and retreated back to Grabford.
At the keep, the heroes paid Moorak for an invisibility spell and moved to take on a third encampment. This is where things quickly became tight since what appeared to be bugbear were infact bar-llgura. While the giants were easy to kill, the demons proved much more problematic, using their dispel magic powers to remove the heroes standing spells as well as hammer the group with illusionary fireballs. The heroes managed to slaughter the lot, but were sore pressed. Khefriseniset used a potion of mass destruction to create a large enough kill zone for the group to escape...

Later in the day, the heroes (minus Khefriseniset) returned to the field. Their goal was to take out the final encampment of giants and trolls, thereby depriving Iuz' forces of any seige-capable monsters. Borlon used two charges on his staff of world walking to ethereally appear right near one of the giants. The heroes moved to attack, but the giant and his allies were quicker (and saw the group fade into the Prime). Although the giant and a couple ogres fell swiftly, the party was soon totally bogged down in orcs. Minutes dragged on and reinforcements came to support the orcs, including the rest of the giants, more ogres, hobgoblins, goblins, and men. Borlon used a wall of fire to incinerate a troll, some ogres, and dozens of orcs, as well as provide a "wall" for the heroes to fight against. He then blinded the giants and ogres with a sundazzle and followed it up with some sticks to snakes -- which proved QUITE poisonous! Nefra made good use of the wall of fire, taking out trolls and then using his giant strength and spear to toss the bodies into the inferno! Well done!
Meanwhile, the rest of the group was still mired in orcs. Sahara's damaged armor proved her undoing -- an orc severed her leg right where her armor had been damaged earlier. Borlon was forced to take her place, luckily having cast defensive harmony earlier.
The battle raged on. Sahara limped to the safety of the group (which wouldn't have been possible without the wall of fire!) and Borlon tossed her leg to her. The priestess of Hathor was quickly bleeding to death, however -- her femoral artery had been severed. Using several cure light wounds she staunched the flow and, taking her leg, crawled into one of Borlon's bags of holding. Meanwhile, the other fighters tightened their fighting circle, although Ishmopah was being slowly whittled down by his foes.
Borlon tried to use psionic invisibility to finish off the last two giants, but couldn't manage it, so instead Adama flew over to them and quickly finished them. Their goal achieved, it was time for the group to leave, but unfortunately, there was no way to escape. Just then Maatkaure stunned herself and was overwhelmed. Adama arrived back in time to save the priestess of Bast, but was herself getting hammered as she had to use her body to shield Maatkaure's. Borlon dragged Maatkaure into the "protection" of the wall of fire, trusting to her previously cast protection from fire. With Sahara, who's fly spell was still active, Borlon got Maatkaure into a bag of holding and then provided the remaining heroes the cover they needed; a rock to mud dissolved the group beneath the large force of orcs, hobgoblins, goblins, skeletons, zombies, and men. Flying up, Nefra and Borlon destroyed the last of the undead, although Adama managed to get nailed by a few arrows while she flew to safety. Once the enemies had sunk to their knees, all though of assault was over and they tried to save themselves -- only a handful were successful...!
Exhausted, wounded, and nearly out of spells, the heroes retreated back to the keep of Grabford, but in their wake 1/3 of the seiging army lay dead or destroyed...

The Egyptians worked realy well together on the last run. Everyone was looking out for each other and protecting each other. We are going to have to keep up the good teamwork for the next battle though.
To All Players: A team of heroes, including some of the elves from the Elf game, will be going to Grabford and working with Garlok and Moorak to mop-up some of the forces that the Egyptians have left behind. Please let me know if you are interested in this game. So far the party make-up looks like:
Garlok- 7th fighter Moorak- 14th Mage, 9th fighter Ael'Mara- 8th cleric, 8th ranger Zarabell?- 9th cleric, 9th fighter?
The minimum level for this game if Moorak goes will be 8th. If Malok goes instead of Moorak, then the level minimum will be much lower. Any characters on the Greek, Egyptian or Oerdian pantheiads part I or II can't go on this game, but other characters are very welcome. This game will also start the NEW ELF GAME, although non-elves are more than welcome. It is very reasonable for anyone in Amberwood or anyone on the last elf game to be here. The party will be departing from Amberwood via Rhanee's mirror.
Any Qustions?
Paul
