The heroes (Black Robe, Tetsuko, Arianna, Woody, Gere, Aris, Flora, Andonia, and Doby) spent the 18th trying unsuccessfully to access the standing stones. Indeed, much of the 19th went the same way, until in the afternoon a frohemoth came through the portal from Shatara and attacked!
The monster nearly finished off Testuko in two rounds, after grabbing her with its tentacles and biting her with its horrible mouth! Black Robe saved the day (and The Swordswoman) via a hold monster spell.
Later the same day, just after sunset, a pair of intellect devourers attacked the group, followed almost immediately by four byakhee. Aris's spells proved quite effective against both foes and for his trouble's two byakhee destroyed his head psychically. Were it not for Black Robe's heal spell, the Scarlet Sorcerer would have died. Woody leapt onto the standing stones and brought the fight to the flying creatures, quickly killing one. But just as the heroes finished most of these monsters, one byakhee teleporting to safety, a beholder came through the gate and Flora called out that Vertigo was sending the creatures from the otherside!
The heroes charged. For his troubles, Black Robe was turned to stone. Flora soon joined him. Andonia and Doby attempted to shoot out the beholder's eye after Woody seriously wounded it. The werelord was slowed as a result, so when Tetsuko finished the creature, he wasn't able to follow her and Andonia through the gate before it closed on them!
Aris gathered Arianna and Gere on his carpet to follow, but passed through the ring of standing stones. Gere called upon Balder to help and at the last second she and Woody made it through, leaving Aris and Arianna behind. Finally, the Tabotian Sorcerer and Athenian High Priestess joined the others on the other side...
In an ancient ruin on Celene! Fighting Vertigo in person!
Tetsuko and Andonia arrived to find Vertigo, attended by the byakhee that fled, summoning three strange bipedal turtle-like creatures with poison claws and mental powers. Tetsuko charged the demi-goddess and managed to cut her several times. But she survived and counter attacked, joined by her byakhee and serfs (long story). Andonia held her own for the moment, but both she and Tetsuko were poisoned.
That's when Gere and Woody showed up, only to be psionically stunned by the byakhee. Luckily, Gere managed to summon her husband's enchanted elephant to protect her for the moment. Vertigo, meanwhile, polymorphed Tetsuko into a puppy dog! Things looked bleak...
Enter Aris and Arianna. Aris managed to unleash a series of mystic missiles which killed one byakhee and a serf. Arianna followed this with a flame strike on Vertigo, but that just annoyed her. She went on about being a goddess worshipped before the rise of human sentience. She would be served by mammals again...
Aris (somehow) avoided all of the mental attacks on him and used his remaining mystic and magic missiles to finish off all the summoned foes. Woody started to recover, but under the slow was no help. And Andonia succumbed to the venom finally. Vertigo and Tetsuko went head-to-head, but the kensai was not able to best the goddess. Seeing the group recover, she simply teleported away. In the meanwhile, Arianna used a scroll of heal to save Andonia too.
The group was now traped on Celene. Aris gave his potion of teleportation to Gere who brought everyone but Tetsuko, Woody, and Arianna back to Amberwood. There, Rhanée attempted to use her magic mirror to scry and rescue Tetsuko, but it failed, despite having the kensai's hair!
The group convinced Zarabell to help them. They headed to the Highlands to get the help of Flora's brother, Glenn. Afterwards, the group fetched Chastity to turn Black Robe and Flora back to flesh. Once whole again, Flora managed to use the mirror to rescue the others just after midnight on the 20th.

? Our mom and dad might not whant us to go to your house this weekend... Then, it takes an hour to get there, so we would have to finish every thing by about 1:00 (1hour to get ready and 1 to leave) and our parents would have two be ok with a sleepover, so Maby.......
